I bought it for my 15 months daughter. She loves to build towers, just put pegs together, and whistle through them. Now it is her favorite toy!The only thing which I don't like is too small holes in the foam board, and it can be challenging for young toddlers.
The best thing about this pig set is that it tolerates imperfection. As our toddler is learning, that’s a plus. The child doesn’t always get the peg in the right position, but it always works. The base is good and as you can see from my photos you can build the pegs quite high. We are really happy with this and the handy storage bag is a plus.
As an occupational therapist (OT) and working with pegboards in the clinic (purchased through our medical distributors), this pegboard set was great for home use and play with my 16 month old son. He right away gravitated toward the pegs and attempted to stack one on top of the other. I love the bag it comes in for storage and needed travel. Would definately recommend!
My great-grandson couldn't wait to take his toy with him to show his cousins. Since he and his cousins are only able to play with each other during the Covid-19 Pandemic it was important to have something that would engage their creativity as well as learning skills.
my 24 month old son gets bored easily and I figured this would help with his fine motor skills. I received this today and had to leave a review today!! as soon as he saw me doing it he followed righr away and go really into it. I definitely noticed he figured out how to use less fingers to squeeze one in between~
